Willitta Hawkins is originally from Camden, New Jersey, by way of Fayetteville, North Carolina, and currently resides in Southern Maryland. She is a proud mother of three—Byron, Bryce, and Christen—and a loving grandmother to Braiyln.

A retired IT professional from the Federal Government with 38 years of dedicated service, Willitta holds an Educational Doctorate (Ed.D.) in Organizational Leadership and is an Ordained Reverend with a deep passion for preaching and teaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ. She is equally committed to empowering individuals and organizations through event planning, change management, leadership development, and community outreach.

Known for her ability to bring visions to life, Willitta continues to flourish as a Mighty Woman of God and transformational leader. She is the founder and visionary behind Wonders, Inc., the umbrella organization for The Wonders of Events, Wonders of Change, and The Change Movement Collective, Inc. (501(c)(3))—platforms dedicated to inspiring change, developing leaders, and creating lasting impact in communities.
